Mr. Todd Walters

Mr. Walters is a research associate at the Institute. He focuses primarily on U.S. homeland security, U.S. alliance relations with Japan and South Korea, and the North Korean nuclear weapons issue.

 

Previously, Mr. Walters has worked at Fidelity Investments and with the Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research at the Harvard School of Public Health. He has also been a teaching assistant in the Department of Political Science at Tufts University.

 

Mr. Walters graduated from Tufts with a B.A. in classical studies, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree at The Fletcher School , Tufts University. He was also selected as a Publius Fellow by The Claremont Institute in 2005.
